Technical Tips

CCR Computer Services values all the business we get from all of our clients.  To be fair to our current clients and perspective clients we provide some simple technical tips free of charge that you can use to troubleshot and/or repair some common problems without having to bring the computer in.

Important note: Follow the steps below at your risk. DO NOT attempt any repairs on your computer if you aren't comfortable working with electronics. You run the risk of shorting internal components of your computer with static discharge or power surges.
